ChristaJust wanted to send a note of thanks to you and your staff at Royal Anne Hotel for the setting and excellent service during our sales team meetings.The hotel is a very comfortable place to spend a couple of days and connect with our team from across western Canada. All of your staff was very helpful for anything we needed. The great location of the hotel gave our out-of-towners a bit of time to explore the downtown and waterfront areas of Kelowna. The meeting room was perfect for our requirements.Thanks for helping make our meetings a success.

Huge Suite with Lovely View!

The King suite I had on the top floor was perfect. I could see mountains and the lake, the parks, the walkway along the lake, all of it! I found the breakfast to be above average with lots of fruit and pastries, as well as eggs, and it was a great way to seat my day before walking along the lake to see the Osprey nest. Highly recommend that walk. The staff were helpful, kind and efficient. All in all, a great visit and I’ll be back next Spring. Wonderful Kelowna stay

We spent five days at the Royal Anne enjoying everything that Kelowna has to offer in a King suite facing Okanagan Lake. This is a wonderful hotel: best location you can possibly imaging on Bernard Ave with comfortable, large rooms that have been updated. Great staff and nice continental breakfast each morning. For the price, you really can't beat the Royal Anne when enjoying beautiful Kelowna. You gotta stay at this hotel!!

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Kelowna one block off of beach & city Park. We’ve stayed there frequently over several years and the hotel seems to get better and better each year. Friendly staff, clean rooms with mini fridge and coffee bar, pet friendly, awesome breakfast included, and Free Parking underground and street. Great value for your dollar. Highly recommended, great value & quality stay!

Such a great downtown location close to waterfront, friendly and helpful staff. James gave us lots of tips for close by eateries and experiences. Easy check-in and good quality continental breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit included. We were surprised to find a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary when we arrive in our room. Room was clean and comfortable, good bed and nice pillows. The massage shower head was a bonus. Classy nightlight mirror feature is a great innovation that we appreciated. The use of ceramic mugs and glassware rather than disposable, is responsible planet care. Will stay here any time we come to Kelowna.
