Location

Scenery and sun make Kelowna the perfect year-round holiday venue. The hotel affords a convenient location across from Orchard Park Mall and just a few minutes from the beach. Lying at the heart of Kelowna, it is just a stone’s throw to a selection of shopping and entertainment venues. The nearest bus station is 200 m from the hotel and the departure point for steamboat trips is just 3 km away whilst Okanagan lake and the historic Father Pandosy mission are 5 km away.

Facility

120 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service and a laundry service. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, aerobics, a spa and a sauna.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. A fortifying breakfast is served daily. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Do not stay at this hotel!!The main building is in horrible shape. The tower is a little better. First room in the main building had gross mold in the tub area, not clean, no lock on the window and in very rough shape. Requested a move to a second room and in the morning when I went to have a shower there was no hot water for my shower. When I called the front desk about this issue they said "this happens as the water comes from the tower building and has a long way to go." The water did not get hot. I moved rooms again and was told they would put me in a deluxe room in the tower building. The tower room was a little better. It had a ripped curtain, filthy balcony and broken balcony chair. I am surprised that the sandman chain would allow this hotel to operate under their name. Generally the building is in overall horrible shape. In the main building there is a very strong odor of chlorine from the pool. There must be no air filtration installed.

    Absolutely terrible. Besides being in construction (and not warned of such) the sound carries and the room was dirty. A few hours after check out I called as I realized I'd left my airpods there. Staff stated they could not find them but would call me back. No call back, I called several days in a row, each time being promised a call back and never done so, each time they were evasive. I can see my airpods location and they are now at someone's home in Kelowna. So on top of all this the staff will gladly take your lost items for themselves despite me making it known I was looking for such. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    We've stayed here before on tje 2nd floor and in the old part of the hotel which was great. This time they put us on the ground floor of the new wing. It was terrible. Showers running above us late at night were very noisy; motor cycles going by our room; a band bus parked near our room had motor running all night. Also, pets allowed in any room. I have allergies to pet hair so that was disturbing.

    Under construction which is fine but please still cater to your guests. 20 of us checked in with prior arrangements and one payer. Still did individual check in taking an hour for the group of seniors. Nowhere in lobby to sit. Bed ok but bathrooms need updating .. no grab bars, caulking needed renewing, one hand towel and facecloth, Tower rooms had no hot water. Pool hours 10-10 so really no access prior to checkout.
