Location

This resort is located in the Okanagan Valley, nestled on the shores of Canada's warmest lake, Lake Osoyoos, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. 20 local wineries can be found within a 20-minute drive of the hotel. Restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities can also be found in the vicinity.

Facility

112 suites and 40 studios are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (no extra charge). Further services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can go for an energising swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the resort offers golf. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water skiing, windsurfing and canoeing. The resort's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and badminton. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments.

Meals

The resort includes a restaurant and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast gives guests many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte or choose a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    If you want to relax, stay somewhere else

    Check-in was awkward and unwelcoming. The front desk is located upstairs at what feels like a tiny desk shoved into a hallway beside the restaurant. It was loud, chaotic, and uncomfortable, with people constantly walking behind us while we were trying to check in. Definitely not the warm or relaxing arrival experience you would expect from a hotel.At first glance, the guest room looked nice enough, but once we settled in, the issues became more obvious. The kitchen equipment was inadequate, making the space far less functional than expected. The view was decent, but the biggest problem by far was the atmosphere and noise level.We fully expected the hotel to be busy and energetic during a long weekend, and we understand that some noise comes with that. However, this went far beyond normal vacation energy. The environment felt more like a frat house party, 20+people jammed into a small hot tub. with late-night partying, chanting, and “chug, chug, chug” behaviour carrying on well into the night. What was most frustrating was that after complaining to hotel staff, the hotel staff did not manage the situation at all.After two sleepless nights, we decided to check out early because it simply was not the relaxing getaway we had hoped for.If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this may be the place for you. But if you are hoping to relax, unwind, and enjoy a peaceful stay, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    We stayed as a family. Generally while in Osoyoos we have stayed elsewhere and wanted to give this resort a try. I will elaborate on the Pro's and Con's . Pro's easy check in and out. great pool temperature . Hot tub is great. Rooms are good. Beds are comfortable The resort itself had fun games to play and overall was enjoyable.. Con's. as a 4* resort we did not expect several things. On arrival we had tv issues right out of the gate. The restaurant while nice was grossly understaffed. The people that were working were stressed out and the place was barely ever open. Without having a place to eat it would have been nice for this place to have a cafe , or some type of other options. the lack of availability for the restaurant was not great at allThe dishwasher , tv and parking garage door all were having issues during our stay. we chalked it up to several updates and upgrades neea to be done. It's close enough quick drive to downtown. The staff were all nice. we had a nice time, but it felt like there were many things that need to be addressed.

    Stayed here a few times and the experience was even better than previous trips. Wish they had earlier check in than 4:00. that’s my only complaint.

    Beautiful Resort! GM Nidhi Seth was a gracious and caring host. The staff were very friendly and the service from the 49Pointe Restaurant was top-notch. Shout out Jack the Manager of the restaurant for taking care of us.Thank you to everyone for making our experience memorable! Look forward to seeing you all again...soon!

    Our girlfriend’s group stayed here last year. Great location, we loved drinking our coffee at the lake each morning. We golfed and wine toured. We would definately stay here again😁
