Location

The hotel is located in Osoyoos and the South Okanagan. Only a few hours' drive from Vancouver, the resort is situated approximately 20 minutes' drive from the Mount Baldy ski area. Rattlesnake Canyon and Osoyoos Lake are just a one-minute walk away and NK'Mip Celars Winery is around 5 min from the hotel on foot. Other nearby places of interest include the Sun Bowl Arena (2 minutes' drive), the Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre (5 min), Oliver Place Mall (17 min), Haynes Point Provincial Park (5 min) and Osoyoos Desert Model Railroad (10 min). Kelowna is around a two-hour drive from the resort and Penticton airport is approximately a 40-minute drive through wine country.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 123 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort includes a restaurant and a bar. A continental breakfast gives guests many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte or choose a set menu.     The Watermark is a fabulous property, very well kept and clean. 15 Park Bistro is a great place to eat and every staff mamber at the property is very friendly and welcoming.
