I will not complete the survey in its entirety. I believe that on the whole it is probably a nice place to stay. I am looking forward to hearing from management to discuss and “resolve” what went wrong during my stay.

Nice facility. but not up to peer standards

I have stayed to peer facilities, such as Chateau Laurier, several 5 stars in Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, Niagara on the Lake, The Empress in Victoria, and found that this experience, to which was a business trip, but on which I took my wife and grandson, to be less than expected, during which they spent time in Ottawa, as did I once the conference had ended. This resulted in an extra day in your hotel. The hotel is nice but is right now in the middle of a immense construction site.Luckily we were there during the weekend. Highly recommend Au Natural Spa. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Peta and Erica provided exceptional spa services. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made our time at the spa very memorable We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and feeling very pampered. Not worth even the last minute price

I have no clue why this hotel is so expensiveNothing great at all. Breakfast not included , no coffee in lobby, pool is not open during hours listed on website. Staff also does not work well. I confirmed multiple times i have free parking. 4 people agreed and was still charged for the parking. Time is money and had to waste my time going back in and fixing the problem. Bed is comfy . Shower pressure is hot and good. But nothing wowing or special. You can hear others so rooms are not that quiet. For paid parking the parking lot is nothing special. Doorman is there when feels like it and holds the door when feels like it. I have stayed at holiday inns and “lower class “hotels that were much better and wowing than this.Nothing at all to bring me back and only stayed because of a last minute deal and even for that price i did not get what i paid for.
