    This Best Western location is a wonderful stay each and every time. The staff are lovely & friendly, the beds and bedding make for a super comfortable sleep, the views of the Georgian Bay shoreline are stunning and lastly, the food is delicious with generous portions. This is the first time I would prefer to eat at the hotel restaurant for any and EVERY meal of the day. Plus, they have daily lunch and dinner specials. So impressed! My kids and I love the food! This Best Western location has been an overall fantastic experience. My family and I love it here. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Thank you to all staff for their attention to detail. We will be back!

    Disrespectful waitress and manager totallyNeed to not judge other people and concentrate on there job. Consistency of food needs attention! Jason H, at Best Western Inn On The Bay, responded to this review Please accept our sincerest apologies for this experience at our restaurant inside of the hotel. I have reviewed internal notes for any incidents that occurred over the holidays and did not find any of note. I noticed that you have 4 recent reviews that all state the same or similar experiences at different restaurants in the area and have to question the validity of this review. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss this further. We would not take this lightly if an incident like this did take place. Thank you for providing this feedback.

    We visit Owen Sound every year or two, and this B/W is our 'go to'. It checks all the boxes, and has an excellent restaurant on site.
