    Location is good. Rooms are good. Cleanliness is ok. Parking is convenient. Breakfast was ok. We never had breakfast at the motel but they do have basic items.

    Outdated room, uncomfortable bed and pillows. The floors are disgusting and listing off the floor. heating unit old, either too cold or too hot. crappy coffee machine, didnt even use it once. a microwave from the 90's. the worst part, the shower, the pressure was extreamly bad, not 1 decent shower for the 2 weeks there. and the breakfast selection... nevermind, just go to tim hortons across the street everyday. will never stay there again.

    Winter weather being bad. Needed a hotel for night before a medical operation. Owen Sound hotels don't offer a medical rate like London or other bigger cities. The room was comfortable and the older hotels heating system is noisy when it is 15 below outside and the system has to run all the time. . TV channels are limited. . Breakfast was ecqualable got you going for the day. Hotels staff friendly and helpful. Travelodge hotel will work if you're not wanting anything other than a place to stay. .

    One shampoo and two body lotions instead of one body shower wash. Never seen such thin toilet paper. Thinner than one ply. Couldn’t get a picture on the TV. Nothing but static and no signal. Unable to connect unplugged telephone to get help from the front desk, and unable to find where to connect the telephone. Dirty and confusing Heater/Air Conditioner signs and gauges unclearDirty slats on the air conditioner. NO hair dryer. When I asked at the front desk they said if there wasn’t one in the bathroom we could get one at the front desk!!!!! So did that mean I had to go to the front desk after my shower to get the dryer?Breakfast. The bagel was stale and the yogurt was not cold. However the bed was comfortable.

    Many issues with this hotel. Hair in bathroom floor and tub. No elevator. Thick dust on top of the room coffee maker. Sink drain did not work. Only 2 hangers in closet
