    Bad hotel, if you already book it cancel it. Its dirty, smells like they harvest weed. Filthy bathroom and rooms. The creepy people hanging around probably living there. Paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast is not 3 stat hotel.

    This is the worst hotel we stayed!!! Is this a hotel? I think this is only a motel! The smell of the room is disgusting its not very clean! Its too old!! I think the motel is better than this hotel! The bedframe is broken! Our money is not worth it on this hotel. This is our first and last check in here in your hotel!!! So disappointed! We even not take the breakfast because we are so disappointed and leave early!!!     Best Western has the worst customer service! I called to book 10 rooms in Prince Albert, SK, Canada, and was transferred back and forth between the hotel front desk and the booking office. Nobody took responsibility to assist me with booking these rooms. The worst experience I have had with any hotels in the world.     We rented this hotel specifically because we had to bring our pet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to the special needs of our pet. For anyone who has a pet with unusual needs like not being able to use an elevator or walking on tiled shiny floors and needing to be right next to an exit door, this was perfect.     Concerns with room conditions and cleanliness

    The rooms are in need of a refresh, deep clean and repairs. Both headboards were peeling, one headboard was supported by a visible 1x4 piece of wood, there were dirty smears on one wall and visible grime and dirt in various spots of the bathroom. During our stay there were numerous times when we could smell cigarette smoke even though the hotel is non-smoking. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and she said someone would come by our room but to our knowledge, nobody did. When we checked out this was mentioned to the front desk again along with the concern that this smell caused our son to have a headache throughout the night. They said it was likely due to the exterior door being propped open while the employees were having a cigarette on their break. This was disappointing to hear that they were aware of this problem but nothing was being done to eliminate it even when guests brought this to their attention. On a positive note, the rooms were very quiet/sound proof, the beds were relatively comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good with many options. Given the overall condition and location of the hotel, we felt we overpaid (room rate was $175 per night plus taxes) for what we got.
