We stayed at this hotel for one night. Was impressed. Everything clean. Huge room. Good included standard buffet breakfast. When leaving there were even a couple workers cleaning out the cracks in a couple sidewalk blocks in preparation for them to be filled we assume. Would definitely recommend. This hotel is great. For the most part very clean and well kept up maintenance wise. Was great to see the maintenance man walking around checking things out. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only small thing would be in the showers there are no trays on the wall for soap and shampoo so it all has to sit on the shower floor. And no waterslide. If this hotel had a waterside it would be a 10. Still unwashed bedding!

You would think they would clean up their act, literally, after the "Unwashed Bedding" review in September. Our experience was pretty much the same. When we got in the room, we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned very well, and the more we looked, the worse it got. We went down to talk to a manager but they had already left for the day. Later on when we were going to get into bed, we pulled the covers back and found stained sheets that obviously had not been changed after the last guests. I went down to the front desk to report this and ended up taking clean sheets for us to change ourselves. When we pulled the sheet off, we found that the mattress cover was as bad or worse than the sheet. It also confirmed that people had been in bed since the last time the mattress cover had been tightened which is something a normal person would do when making the bed. We pulled it off and put the sheet right on the mattress and slept as well as we could.The next morning we had a manager come up to the room and showed her the sheets and the uncleanliness of the room in general. She could definitely see the problem, took quite a few pictures. and assured us that the problem would be fixed immediately. After some deliberation however, we decided not to stay the second night as planned.I must say that the front desk staff and managers did their best to handle the situation that housekeeping had put them in. They were very understanding and I very much appreciate their efforts but it was very unfortunate that the housekeeping manager wasn't there to deal with it as that is ultimately where the responsibility lies. After we left, I received an email from a manager with an apology and an offer of a 20% discount on our next stay. This is the most expensive (over $300.00 with taxes) Best Western we've ever stayed at and even with a 20% discount, it is still over priced. The rooms, however, are very large and nicely decorated and if they were clean and a little less expensive, it would be a great place to stay. Unwashed bedding!

Blood and other stains were on the bedding. It was clearly unwashed. It was so disgusting. Found it after we had got in the bed for the night. We Changed rooms at midnight. We Couldn’t sleep because we were so disgusted. Just thinking about it now makes my skin crawl. Compensation offered was very little off the bill when it Should have been free. It’s a serious health concern and they treated it like no big deal. We Will never stay there again and we have a number of trips to Prince Albert coming up. Great stay on my First time to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

Great hotel. Very clean rooms with super comfy bed. Good hours for continental breakfast and a great selection on food choices. Glass cups for coffee was an added bonus. Loved the shower! Hallways were a bit cool for air conditioning but individual rooms were easy to regulate for tempatures.
