Be aware. I was told that the security deposit would be automatically refunded. But upon checking a week later it has not. I called, and the person who answered said that I would have to drive almost 300km to get the deposit back, wait until the next time that I was in Prince Albert, which could be a month or two. Seems unreasonable to me.I asked to speak to the manager. I was told NO. That was not possible. Finally I got to speak to the manager. He agreed that a 300 km round trip was asking a little much. He offered me a comfort inn gift card in the same amount, but I would have to drive to pick it up? I assume that the gift card would only be usable at Comfort Inn…seems not useful to me.The manager said he would try to get my money back, but didn’t know how. When asked how long that it would take he did not know . The manager was good, but I suspect that it was just to get me off the phoneMy take on it could be weeks to months to never. The longer that they keep the money the better for themHow many travellers could change their plans and drive back to the motel?

No toilet paper in the room. No shampoo. I’ve been calling for an hour. No one is picking up the phone. I’m not leaving my room because it doesn’t feel safe here. I would expect to be able to have at least one roll of toilet paper. Don’t come here if you can’t take stairs. There is no elevator. There are a lot of homeless people wandering the parking lot, but they seem harmless. Do not stay here if you’re a woman and alone. It doesn’t seem safe. Now no one is answering the phone at the front desk at night. It’s terrifying.

First time there. First time to Prince Albert. The room was well priced, clean, safe. The room had a frig and microwave. The staff are all friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. Close to the casino and rink. On the southside of town so easy access.

The hotel seems a little outdated but it is kept very clean.Friendly staff, clean rooms, great hot breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, free parking, fast wifi. Will definitely come again when I’m in the area.

It was adequate. Definitely a dated hotel. If you get there after hours you need hotel staff to let you in to check in and a key card to get in on other nights. It is a little further out and not as conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was like dated and basic office furniture. No coffee maker and very little amenities. Breakfast was prewrapped mystery breakfast sandwich or wrap, basic fruit, prewrapped muffins, juice boxes, coffee and tea, yogurt. It was quiet though.
