    Do not stay here!

    rating08 Feb 2026

The rate charged to stay here is absolute robbery at over 200$ a night in February. I have no idea how this hotel is still in operation. I understand that renovations are taking place, but even the renovated areas are not clean, and the so-called renovations do not appear to meet an acceptable standard. The sheets were stained, the bed skirts were stained, and the couch was stained. The pool area should be condemned. my daughter wanted to swim, but we could see debris floating in the pool.I would never stay here again, and I truly have no idea how this hotel remains in operation or meets the standards required to do so.

    Mold and cockroaches

    rating03 Feb 2026

The room was old, and musty smelling with what looked like black mold throughout. Power bars into the wall (which is all you could use to plug into) all had the grounding pegs removed and the lights connected would flicker (fire hazard), floor was uneven and the carpet was old and filthy, the window was not secure. I would highly recommend staying anywhere else! The window to our room did not lock and was directly above a landing where anyone could access. The window also completely blew into the room one day out of the frame from the wind. Ceiling fixtures were so old and half attached and filthy with perhaps black mold as well. Other rooms on that same floor that they tried to move us into after were in similar conditions. They try to tell you they are 'under renovations' however I am not convinced that is not just a cover story for a deteriorating building. We left partway through our stay, and the hotel would not honor expedias approval for a full refund. Please, do NOT stay here for the black mold exposure alone. There are also cockroaches all over both of their buildings. Stay at your own risk, this place should not be open for business (I tried to upload photos to this review, but they would not load).

    Terrible

The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk person. The rooms are supposed to be renovated but they need to find a new contractor if that is the quality of work he does. The room was supposed to come with breakfast. It did i guess it had waffles and toast and bananas and yogurt. No eggs no meat. We went to breakfast then went back to the room at 10 to shower and get our luggage and there was no water. I talked to the maid and she said oh I guess they shut it off. Would have been nice to know.. do not i repeat do not stay at this hotel

: A CONSTRUCTION ZONE...THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

    rating30 Sept 2025

A construction site. They should not be renting rooms!! Rooms under construction everywhere. A real sketchy place. We were on a 17 East Cost road trip and this was by far the worst. We were staying 2 nights, so on the 1st morning I left a $5 tip for the housekeeper. I was expecting the bed to be made, new towels delivered and garbage to be removed...nothing was done except the bedding was straightened out and the $5 gone. After inquiring at the front desk I was told the they only make up the rooms after the second day. I did get y $5 back...big deal. The room was powered by extension cords and powerbars....not to code, not too safe.Perhaps the accommodation across the street at the newer "Conference Centre" may have been better.DON'T STAY HERE!!

    Worst experience ever!

    rating05 Sept 2025

Great for walking to main attractions but that's all.Our room was in the renovation section.Bed was the most uncomfortable that I have ever "not" slept in. Pillows were like cotton balls.Air conditioner was like having a truck running. Floor was sticky and dirty. We were supposed to stay three nights but ended up leaving early the second morning.Main doors were left unlocked.A man was sleeping on the dirty couch by our second floor elevator. Will never stay there again.
