  This was a very nice Best Western Plus. Check in staff were very friendly, the hotel still looks new, the room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was great since they had my favorite...a pancake machine!

  Amazing, clean, and well appointed! Would stay again when in Prince George!!Close to the University and walking distance to great shopping and amenities!!

  We stayed there overnight recently. The room as usual was very nice. The building is well kept and looks modern and clean and everything is very comfortable. I was quite happy with the breakfast buffet. The choices have improved from the past and they even offered gluten-free bread which is not expected at this price point. The area for eating breakfast was quite pleasant and there was a good range of different food and drinks for breakfast so I give this place overall a 5 out of 5. It is nice to have an EV charger on site. The EV charger has two plugs but they only have one dedicated EV parking space. We charged our EV overnight but if anyone else came in with an EV they would not be able to charge because someone's internal combustion car was blocking access to the other charger. If they would just put up a sign reserving two side-by-side parking spaces for the EV charger that would be appreciated

  The room was clean, the cleaning products made my face swell up, gave me a migraine for 4 days and a full body rash. Asked the staff to change the sheets and towels as maybe it was a bad batch, they werent thrilled but maybe did it? The room still smelt heavily of bleach and the issue never went away. When checking out they didnt care or show any concern they just said "oh" and moved on with their day... I could only see out of one eye at the time and felt completely ignored, I just dont want this to happen to someone else, especially a child. This was awful. The hot tub was luke warm at best The pool was okay but the orientation was weird as you have to walk around the whole pool just to get in on the far side. (Heads up to parents the deep end is the closest to the doors) . And the slide violently splashes people in the hot tube.Breakfast was average at bestParking was awful and very limited.Front desk people were not helpful, they mumbled and tried to get rid of you quickly, usually the staff at the best western are incredible and fun and have conversations with you, these people had a script and didn't care what you said. I was very disappointed and thats really hard to do.   Our high school basketball teams stay at this location whenever possible. The staff is very kind. It is very clean. It is quiet! I recommend staying here!
