    My beautiful wedding 🥂

    rating21 Dec 2025

I highly recommend The Prestige Treasure Cove Resort! We recently held our wedding there and could not have asked for a better venue. The entire experience was stress free and our every need met with gracious kindness and perfect delivery. The staff went above and beyond at every level. They treated us and our guests with red carpet treatment. The catering service and food was amazing. This was a five star experience. I cannot thank you enough James E .for you and your staff making my wedding perfect 💕

Banquet booking for Christmas Party was hugely disappointing on so many levels...read on.

    rating17 Dec 2025

I'm usually not so negative in my reviews and try not to be too critical especially if their is an attempt to make things right with a refund or apology. Eating out is expensive for most and people expect value equal to cost and that did not happen in this case. I waited for the bill to be settled to see if they would do the right thing and offer us a discount on our event but that did not happen even after our organizers discussed the issues with the banquet manager. We will not rebook here and after the meal and service I doubt anyone in our group would want to attend a repeat of this poor experience nor book their own private functions. We booked our work Christmas Party here ( and guests bought their own tickets to cover the full costs) and we ordered buffet of Baron of Beef /Turkey option with Caesar salad as an add on for over $60 per plate. The food was barely warm if you were lucky enough to have anything in the chaffing pan when you got there. Our table went in the middle of service and there was no Caesar salad dressing as the bowl beside it was empty (a cereal bowl size of dressing for a party of over 100? plus it had no croutons...they were all in the squash salad!) Both the beef and turkey were "formed" into a roll and had a bit of gravy with it and a serving tong so you couldn't even get any of the gravy. Yorkshire pudding looked lovely but no gravy to put on it other than the bit in the meat you couldn't get out with the tong and not near enough even if you could. Perhaps my anticipation for a large beef roast under a warming light and a chef in a white hat carving at guest requests were dashed and causes some of my disappointment. And come to think of it I don't think I saw any horseradish either. Guests reported chafing dishes were often empty of items and replacement of food was non existent or so slow people gave up on waiting. The vegetarians in the crowd considered ordering pizza delivery as the gnocchi was a glob of bland pasta and the salads were not worth the value of their meal price. Then the dessert...I just bought the same ones at Costco...Nanaimo bars and butter tart squares and one bite brownies. The one Christmas pudding item they had made was so sweet, most guests never ate it once taken and tried and most of it was cleared away (eventually). The dirty dishes sat on out tables until after dessert, so we took matters into our own hands and cleared it ourselves and put it on the buffet table when we grew impatient. I did notice that long after the meal service and a trip to the washroom that all the chafing dishes were full but they sat out for over 2 hours. (Call me anal but I've done food safe and kept an eye on the time and gave them the benefit of the doubt that that food was all discarded after our event.) The lady bartender from Saskatchewan was lovely (she was friendly and I caught this in casual conversation, she is not a friend or relative so no ulterior motive for her shout out) and she tried her best to do everyone's job so if you charge gratuities on banquets she deserves 90%. The only plus was the venue was beautifully decorated and they were accommodating to our setting up and decorating. I do want to add that Farmhouse Catering did the event last year to rave reviews and guests were hoping for the same quality and service and that added to the disappointment when that level was not reached.

    Requires Attention

    rating29 May 2025

Bad housekeeping. I went to use a (rare) plug-in and had to pull the bureau away from the wall to see a comb, a pile of unidentified trash and an OLD PAIR OF MENS UNDERWEAR! When I complained (discreetly) at the front desk, only behind the bureau was cleaned up.Weird room layout. Sofa off to the side, but TV didn't swivel. Sofa taking up room so no room for bed side table.Water wouldn't stay in the tub. (Loose fixtures).Hotel layout is weird with restaurant access through a series of hallways. DIY paper signs to lead you.Seems that this place needs some major TLC.Attached casino has questionable clientele around the "smoking" areas outside. Rechele Aspacio, Other at Prestige Treasure Cove Resort, responded to this review Dear Maam/Sir,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about the housekeeping oversight and the issues you experienced during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the unacceptable condition behind the bureau and for the insufficient response when you brought it to our attention. That is certainly not the standard of cleanliness or service we strive to provide. We also regret that the room layout and maintenance concerns, including the tub and furniture arrangement, negatively impacted your comfort. Your comments about the hotel and restaurant signage have been noted and will be shared with our team as we review areas for improvement. We appreciate your honesty—it’s only through feedback like yours that we can continue to improve. If you're open to it, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect directly to discuss your experience further and ensure a better stay in the future.Sincerely,Rechele AspacioOperations ManagerPrestige Treasure Cove Resort

    NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

    rating31 Mar 2025

after checking into our room it was very clean, however the bed's and pillows were awful. the beds were super hard and made like crunchy sounds every time we moved. I was awake for the majority of the night tossing and turning I just could not get comfortable. For the price of 189 dollars for the night it sure was a bummer of a stay, not even so much as a bottle of a complimentary water. There were no ice boxes on any of the floors, we had to go all the way down to the main floor to get ice. We were quite thirsty, we were looking for a vending machine to get a drink as the cafe was closed there were only 2 cans of green monster energy drinks to be had and as a diabetic and heart issues I could not get those the rest of the machine was EMPTY the ice machine is so very far from the rooms very out of the way and for people who are disabled and can not walk very well it simply just was not convenient. Later on in the evening my husband and I went down to the pool area boy were we disappointed yet again the pool water looked to be very dirty, like a very washed out milk carton kinda color. we went in the pool anyways, oh my word the water was so cold that my legs and toes kept cramping up, so we got out of the pool and decided to try the hot tub, that was very pleasant however the people that were also in the hot tub were drinking cans of adult beverages, and were being very loud and obnoxious and were swearing a lot while they were talking. this was just definitely not our scene so we got out and went back up to our room, from the water being so cold my legs are still hurting from the cramping the next day. I was never so happy to go home. Needless to say we will not be back this was our first and last time staying there. I got way better for much less than what we paid Rechele Aspacio, Other at Prestige Treasure Cove Resort, responded to this review Dear Angie,Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
