    Room okay but no information provided about hotel amenities

    After checking out, we met another couple who had stayed there. They wondered if we had enjoyed the restaurant on the top floor. They mentioned the great breakfast buffet. There was NO information provided at check-in, in the lobby, our room, or in the elevator about a restaurant alternative to the sad, paltry menu in the lobby bar. What a disappointment it was to hear that we had options that were not communicated in any way.

    Came to Quebec early for my NCL cruise. From day one this hotel was welcoming and accommodating to every need. Stylish and warm atmosphere with 2 restaurants on site. Close to the pier but also near the wonderful restaurants and shopping of Old Quebec. Down the hill, but accessible to the funicular which is steps away. The room had every need covered: espresso machine and hot tea kettle with a myriad of selections. Their famous delicious water refilled daily. Wifi, robes, room service, and a heated bathroom floor! Nightly delivery of chocolates and lavendar tea. The front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful for mailings, getting into the weekend high tea dinner and directions. The cost was reasonable due to a current remodeling job. Spa and work-out rooms temporarily relocated but still accessible. Can I move in permanently?

    Had a great 3-night stay here. The location is perfect. It is right next to the Old Town, just outside of it to be really quiet and peaceful. You have to walk up the steps to where the main hubbub is, but on your way home you get to go down the steps. The service is excellent. They really attend to the guest’s needs. The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Having now spent time in Quebec City this is definitely where I would stay again.

    This is a Relais & chateaux hotel and so my expectations were high and I was not disappointed. Little touches make this hotel very special and worthy of its luxury reputation. Next level attention to detail in the comfort of the rooms and quality of products. The staff servicing the rooms are surely the best in the business. We sadly did not have time to try the bar or dining experience this time around. A wonderful hotel experience in beautiful Quebec.
