    Just fine! Great price, clean, cozy, but nothing fancy. Large TV, good selection of channels, king bed is comfortable as are linens. Room is small but has everything you need for a short stay, even a small fridge and keurig. We stayed 1 night prior to taking the plane early the following morning. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants in the area.

    Made reservations for Nov. 9th and 10th. Asked for the senior rate but was told there WAS NO SENIOR RATE FOR NOVEMBER!! Why the ONE month they don’t offer the senior rate??? WEIRD!! I am the same age ALL YEAR AND FOR THE PAST 15 yrs.

    Renovated rooms very nice. Parking is limited when hotel is full especially late evening so good luck trying to find a spot if you get to the hotel at midnight. Soundproof not that good. Overall it's fine.

    was not so easy to find due to heavy construction, room was ok and spacious. parking was free and adjacent to the hotel, breakfast was not acceptable, coffee was like water, no chesse or sausages, just toast, butter and jam, very minimal.

    We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, location and friendliness of this hotel. Located minutes from Old Town Quebec we decided to book a second night. Close to many restaurants and only about 2 kms to great shopping (Walmart, Homesense, etc). We would highly recommend for the price! Reasonable with standard continuous rental breakfast included. (And the coffee is actually good!)
