    Stop in for a night a Levis in Quebec - it's worth it!

    Beautifully appointed hotel. Nice options for breakfast. Walking distance to a few restaurants. We had delicious pizza at Salvatore's across the street.Across the big bridge over to the south side of St Lawrence there is a fabulous park with excellent trails, a suspension bridge, clean washroom facilities, and a gorgeous waterfalls.

    I can’t give less than 1 star but I would : I would have kept driving if I had known how bad it was.The towels and beds were dirty and the place stinks. When I approached the desk to enquire about the dirty bedding the clerk greeted me with what?”.I told him our bedding was dirty and he said “$&@“we don’t have any more”. Another kinder employee got us a clean(?) blanket but the towels were too dirty to use. Upon check out I told the new desk clerk who stared at me blankly and only asked if I needed the receipt. Unbelievable! The most unprofessional ,rude staff and dirty place all for a bargain of $240. Keep driving!

    Comfortable beds, quiet hotel. Good nights sleep, average breakfast. Not much in the way of other amenities. Overnight staff not very accommodating. Daytime staff were much better.

    Great hotel with outstanding service. We travelled on motorcycles and arrived early to avoid the rain, and we were able to check in early. Also, we were permitted to park our bikes under the canopy, which was truly appreciated, considering the rain that was coming. The property is beautiful with plenty of green space and swings for the children. Would definitely stay again.

    TV? Nope. Yep.

    Nice hotel. Pleasant staff. But they said the TV wasn’t working because they had changed providers that day. Hmm. Anytime I change providers I have service within the hour. To underscore the TV deficit, they took away the remotes. I even went back to the front desk and asked for a remote. Nope. Went back to the room and used the buttons on the back of the tv to watch all the stations until bedtime. 50 + stations. Gave us a bit of exercise changing channels.
