    It took 7 days before they cleaned the room I stayed in.Yes I was renting weekly for work.Probably would not recommend to anyone.

    Truly a disaster, in one word.There was no room cleaning service and no proper bathroom service.The ventilation system was broken and made a horrible noise, which prevented us from sleeping.The TV did not turn on at all.There were no slippers provided.

    Fragrance free was important and room was great. Also great staff and great breakfast. Breakfast had a lot of hot choices.

    Our stay was amazing. The housekeepers were very kind and attentive. Food was well done and nothing was ever out of stock. Kids also enjoyed the pool area very much. We would love to come here again if we visit Quebec again!
