    Nice hotel with charming decor. Bellerive buffet was delicious and the service was excellent. The view of the St-Lawrence river from the golf was breathtaking. Thanks again!!     Everyone was extremely helpful, the resort and the room was wonderful. End of season snowmobling was great.     Great location and beautiful view—the room itself was very comfortable.However, as a frequent traveler, I was surprised by a basic lapse in discretion: the front desk staff said my room number out loud when handing over the key, which is something that should be avoided for guest safety and privacy. I didn’t request a room change since the hotel was very busy.Additionally, upon arrival, the bellboy who handled our luggage (and whom we tipped generously) dropped our bags on the floor, which resulted in a broken powder in my makeup kit, rather than placing them carefully in line.Overall, the location is excellent, hotel is great but the level of service does not match the price of the hotel. I expected better attention to detail and professionalism at this price point.I would definitely give it a 5 for the hotel but a 3 for the service.
