Location

The hotel is well located only 5 minutes from Old Quebec and Montmorency Falls and 20 minutes from two major ski areas. It has easy access to many attractions. The bus and train stations and the beach are approximately a 5-minute drive away.

Facility

4 junior suites, 26 single rooms and 115 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation.     Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The two bedroom Queen was spacious, modern and clean. Great place to stay for the value.

    Been come to that hotel on & off for 20 years as a tour bus driver, room paid for by the client, no choice, parking for the bus is great, location is great but the same very hard beds still there 20 yrs later, & the pillows just as bad!! Come on, invest in better mattresses!! Not $99 junk!!

    Stayed 3 nights,Check in fast and friendly. Rooms are dated and need some maintenance. No fan in bathroom so mold growing around edges.4 both towels, no hand towels, no face cloths , bought some at dollarama. No house keeping for our full stay. Asked for some clean towels told none available because of holiday. Hotel almost empty can't figure out why they couldn't get from another room. Customer service is not there.Hallways could use a vacuum, same pieces of torn plastic along with lots of other dirt was there our whole stay.Would not recommend this place to family or friends.

    This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the minute you step into the hotel you smell the bleach and the humid air was suffocating.The elevator was very old and dirty. The room was very dusty. The bed was squeaking even when you just adjust your head we thought it’s going to fall.The fridge was on the luggage rack and very loud, we tried unplugging it but the dripping water from the freezer was annoying so we had to plug it back.The heater/AC was from ancient times, it’s very loud every time it went on we would wake up.Paper thin walls with No isolation, Loud music at night. we also woke up to a loud alarm noise at 4pm and the reception was not even aware.And the worst part is the bathroom: the wall paper was ripped and coming off in different places, the water faucet was jiggly, the bathtub was moldy, there was many stains on the walls next to the toilet it’s extremely disgusting. Even the toilet had a crack! Worst hotel ever, I would never come back. It almost ruined our trip. we stayed 2 nights and asked for a cleaning they just switched some towels and a waste bin.I started taking pictures and gave up because I would have to film the hole room.

    We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean but the hotel was a bit run down. The room cleaning is by request even though they had the card to make up the room inside to hang on the outside. I only noticed when we checked out. They have a great pool and spa on the main floor. The location is excellent near various restaurants including a Tim Hortons and McDonald’s within a minute walking. In all ok experience and for the price very good for a short stay. The price was on target.
