    Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, well appointed rooms with HUGE beds and living spaces. Hot shower, spacious bathroom. Some finishes in the room were a bit rushed (paint or tiling in the bathroom), appliances were a bit dated, and we could not get our TV to work. However, we would stay again for sure. Our toddler loved the space in the living room, and we loved the king+ bed. Short walk to Old Town, on a street with amazing restaurants.

    Excellent hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Gym and laundry are good thought a larger laundry for such a hotel would be good.Louise bar and restaurant are both good for dinner and lunch.With a kitchen there is a Metro supermarkets 12 min walk away.Staff very friendly and efficient.Location is fantastic as numerous restaurants nearby and access to lower and upper old towns are 100 m away.We loved it.

    We planned to stay here post-cruise. We made the trek from the ship to the hotel & checked in. They held our luggage while we walked around and took in the sights, sounds, shopping & food of Quebec. When we returned & rested a bit, went down to ask about breakfast & how long to get to airport next morning. Unfortunately, we were just then told about a marathon going on next 2 days - and how ALL the roads would be closed from 8am through afternoon, meaning we'd have to leave for our 2pm flight at 7:30am to be able to get out. Very disappointing that we weren't told this at 11am when checking in, we would have found another hotel closer to airport then. The room was nice, small. Bathroom was VERY clean with both a big shower & tub. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and going to another hotel after dinner. But we will be returning to Quebec at some point and will stay here if it's available. It was a great location.

    Perfect Post-Cruise Hotel to Explore Quebec City

    We visited following a cruise, the last stop of which was Quebec City. The service at the hotel was top notch, very friendly and very helpful. We arrived about 11am and were able to store our ample luggage no problem until our room was ready. The location of the hotel made it absolutely perfect to spend the afternoon wandering the old town and citadel area. We could walk everywhere. We were then accommodated in building B, which is across the street and has lovely self-catering style apartments, which would be perfect for a longer stay. Cannot fault the staff, who were always happy to help. Very impressed with the service.

    Great hotel. Perfect location near both the docks and the old town. Very friendly and helpful receptionists plus very comfortable too. Spacious and best shower I have ever experienced, plus kitchen facilities and coffee machine.
