  Complete disappointment- sorry I booked

  Incredibly expensive, no bag allowed into the water park - you can’t even bring in a book! As a parent sometimes we just want to sit and let the kids go - we don’t need to splash around! Not all restaurants open, coffee shop closed before 5 pm, only 1 shop open, no where to even buy a magazine to read. Actual hotel has a mouldy smell and rooms are in dire need of updating. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

  We stayed here for 3 nights. Pros: The room was really nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. We had a king suite with a separate bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room which was perfect for 2 adults + 1 kid. Our son really enjoyed the games room. Coffee shop was nice to have. Cons: the restaurants are not great and expensive. Villagio was ok and fast. Le Capitaine was not great and service was terribly slow. I recommend you bring food & take advantage of the mini fridge. There are also microwaves on each floor by the elevators.

  Come for the parks, don't stay at the hotel

  It is absolutely ridiculous that a family themed hotel, that says in multiple places that it has a pool separate from Bora Parc (which is closed Mon-Wed), does not have a pool available between Mon-Wed for kids under 16. Not to mention it's 100% empty at the moment.We even called to confirm ahead of time and was told there was a pool, they confirmed they have a spa, my wife followed up with asking are kids welcome? Yes, kids are there all the time. Talk about disappointment. Staff (Louise) didn't seem to care.Gym requires giving something for them to hold as a deposit before they will provide a key to have access. Isn't my access tracked by my key card? Do I not have a credit card on file?Vending machines are $5.50 for a bottle of coke. Arcade games start at $1.50 for pinball.🙄Rooms are sparse, they suit the purpose but very monolithic and alot of sharp corners. Classy posting in the bathroom to make sure you don't steal towels.We will be back for water and snow park, but will not stay at this hotel again. Should have stayed where we did last time (Ambassador- which is excellent value).Edit: to top it all off the fire alarm went off at 630am for a broken water pipe, no apologies just a thank you for your collaboration...

  Terrible Service

  We have not even stayed there yet and the service has been terrible. The staff are not helpful we have made multiple calls and contacted via email multiple times to resolve issues with our booking and we keep getting told to call back another day when a supervisor is there to make changes, the repsonse to email is call us. No callbacks to messages, no assitance at all.

  Better than expected!

  We had read some mixed reviews of this hotel, and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The two bedroom suite was spacious, with a really convenient three-section bathroom. Everything was clean and neat, and the beds were comfortable. The linens were smooth and white.We were a bit mystified by the floor plan, as there’s a very large area with a desk, sofa, chair and table- there would have been room for a kitchen if they’d wanted to include one.The video game arcade was wonderful, with something for everyone, including toddlers. They even have pinball.Of course an indoor water park is attached to the building..There’s a clothing/gift shop which was lovely, and a coffee shop.There are several restaurants, which were okay. We ate at a nearby restaurant for a couple of meals instead.
