    Excellent but really bad experience at their resto-bar reception

    This establishment should deserve a 5 stars but our experience with their server at their resto-bar was simply the worst! She ignored us and left myself, my wife with a broken foot in cast, my brother and our mother (83 years old) standing and waiting for a seat for more than 15 minutes. Once finally seated, she ignored our table for more than 15 minutes. When she finally decided to serve our table, I politely explained how I felt about her lack of attention to proper service and more so about the fact that my wife with a broken foot and my 83 years old mother stood there very patiently even though the restaurant was less than 1/4 busy!!! She insinuated that we should have made a reservation where the host at the front desk told us we could simply go to the restaurant!!! The host at the front desk was courteous, the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable and the property is exceptional. I would return but would make a reservation for their restaurant to avoid being treated like “S#%T” as their server did! Our food was good and aside the ill tempered and non professional server attitude, the atmosphere was fine. I did voice my point of views directly to the establishment hoping they will look into their staff representing them as they should. It is very clear that our server has quite a lot to learn from that perspective and to be honest, should find another job avoiding public service where she might be more happy!     Room was fine but the toilet smelled like urine for some reason. Rest of the room was fine. Amenities were basic. Nothing impressive.

    No more a great place to stay

    We rented a Signature unit (not a hotel room) for 2 nights. On arrival we saw that cleaning had been largely skipped: dirt everywhere... Not great with a small child that plays on the floors... We had ladies to do proper cleaning the next day, after complaining twice and showing photos at the counter attendant. Well, there are lots of other nice places to go, I won't return there !

    We booked a cottage which is beautiful, but that's about the only good thing. no air conditionning in the bedrooms, beds and pillows are not comfortable. We didn't sleep all night because it was to hot. We thought we were getting a cottage with exterior spa, when we got to our cabin there was no spa. I went to the reception desk and ask why we didn't get a spa, the girl that was working explained that I had booked the one with no spa, not happy but it was my fault, I should have read the fine print, then another lady comes and tells me that I booked with no spa. I told her that I thought all cottages had a spa, she was very rude to me, she said it's your fault not ours, you should have called to book instead of booking online. For the price that I paid for 2 nights, over $1200, not satisfied at all. Never again will I come here or recommend this place. They need to get better employees that are not rude to their customers.

    Very nice service by Kevin in the restaurant,but we got lock out of the room and nobody on duty to help us.Be advise that there is no one a the réception to help you if something goes wrong after 9 pm and the emergency number they give you ring in the réception where again there is no one to résponde.What poor service and very unrespectfull to the client...
