A remarkable, very modern hotel in a perfect location in Old Town. We especially enjoyed the stylish decor and spacious rooms, with valet parking (a rarity in this area). When we encountered one problem during our stay, the manager was swift to resolve it and could not have been more gracious or generous. The breakfast staff were especially friendly and diligent. Quite nice and great location

At first you’ll taken back by this place. Long stairwell to the lobby from the street with no elevator! So daunting. But they will help with luggage up and down but there’s no one at the door when you arrive so you might have to go up and get help. But if you can’t manage long flight of stairs don’t stay here. Once in lobby there are elevators to rooms though. Nice big lobby. Worth the effort though. While the furniture in the room did look old style, like 60s motel, it was in good shape with a big, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Quiet but in great location in middle of old Quebec with lots of shops and restaurants and close to Petit Champlain and all things to see. Very nice and helpful staff. Definitely worth staying here. Wonderful stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Housekeeping did a great job with our room daily as well. The location could not be any better and I would highly recommend any of my family/friends to stay here. Actually, I already have. The hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to most of the sites, as well asclose to restaurants and shops. We had a luxury double queen, plenty of room for my daughter and I to spread out. The room was large, modern with a very updated bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful at providing information we needed. Skip paying for breakfast there, there are plenty of good coffee/breakfast locations within walking distance that are more reasonable. The hotel is very walkable from the VIA train station. You do have to walk uphill, but it can be done! Would definitely stay here again on a future visit. We stopped here for three dats break at the end of a cruise. The hotel was park of the package booked by our agent. Very close to the cruise terminal - walkable, but not with all our cases.We arrived early but managed to have our cases stored while we toured for the afternoon of our arrival.Cleaned and comfortable, well equipped - really central to the old town. Perfect for touring. Breakfast was not included in our deal but the ‘on-site’ buffet breakfast suited our needs.We moved on to Montreal for our journey home - literally a 10 minute walk to the station - and it was downhill so trolley bags were a cinch.
