Location

This hotel is located directly in the centre of Québec. The worth-seeing historical old town of Vieux-Québec is only around 500 m away from the hotel building.     Very welcoming staff and great location. Breakfast buffet included to order Omlettes. Room had Nespresso expresso machines. Concierge service was excellent and provided great tips on restaurants and places to visit (eg rented bikes and took ferry accross for a great bike ride).Morning Crew for Breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here

    This hotel is located just outside the old wall to the old city, and close to the main road for tourists. The location is superb and solely because of that I would stay here again if going to Quebec City.The service was friendly, and you can use the stairs or your elevator to reach your room. My room was on level 5 and had a wonderful view of the old city and the skate park/ice skating rink(in winter).The room was tidy and functional and had a nespresso machine. I got room service one night and it was ok.The only downside was that I could hear when next door watched tv or made phone calls, which can be frustrating late at night.

    Steps away from Old Quebec, literally!

    What a lovely hotel! Visited for several days for MNAQ; perfect location at the foot of one of the gates to Old Quebec (where one of the market locations and ice rink are located). Room was a good size and very well appointed and serviced daily as requested. . We had one dinner upon arrival which was good for hotel standards and the breakfast buffet was amazing for the price.

    Great location, very comfortable and nice hotel. I must give kudos to Germaine, the concierge, because he was so terrific. He always had a great recommendation for us. We didn't eat any meals at the hotel because there were so many great places to eat in QC.

    This Marriott hotel is very well situated for exploring Quebec City. The staff were very friendly. We asked for a high floor, quiet room and we were assured that the room they allocated met our request. However while it was a really nice room it was probably the noisiest room we’ve ever stayed in overlooking a large road with loud vehicle noise throughout the night. The second issue with the hotel is that the reception and the dining area are both squeezed into a very small lobby area. Very congested and the dining room is draughty. The food was good but the restaurant was understaffed so food was left to get cold on the serving hatch for long periods. We did raise the room issue on check-out but we are still waiting for the manager to contact us…
