    Definitely disappointed. Thought Ramada would of had a nicer place. Overall our room was basically clean. We stayed there 3 nights. Room was quiet but hotel was needing some serious tlc. Hallway was dusty. Building security entrance sensor was plumber wired onto the door frame. Hallway floor entrance door on 2nd floor majorly slammed loudly.... glad we weren't in the room next to that door! I forgot my swimsuit so I bought one... then was told pool was closed. No facecloths or kleenex in the room. They quickly got us that tho. Microwave didn't work. They replaced that fairly quickly too. Big patio... but it had cigarette butts on the floor out on it and peeling paint on walls and railings. Plastic mismatched OLD chair on patio looked dangerous to sit on. It was only 19° c out but room was warm so we turned the AC on and it didn't cool the room. Too many homeless ppl around to be comfortable to leave the patio door open overnight too. Beds were comfy tho. Good dark curtains as well. Continental breakfast was sufficient but closes by 9am. Seemed a bit early to me. Last morning a big group of teens were at the hotel and ate all the breakfast before we got there at 8:30 am. But at least Tim Hortons is within walking distance (as well as Gainsville Bakery, Safeway and Subway). So needless to say we won't stay there again. Fork out the extra $25 a night and go elsewhere!

    The staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The area is great for shopping and dining.

    I’m pissed off, don’t leave any valuables in your room , I seem to be missing 2 pairs of Ray-ban sunglasses , errr❗️

    Quesnel, BCProbably not a good idea to rent this motel for employees or contractors in the future.When I arrived the first night the room they had set aside for me smelled like mould and was very damp inside so I changed rooms to this one which I am in now, here are some of the pictures from inside my room and and hallway from the door leading up to my room. As well had a few bugs in my bed and on the floor the first night..The downtown homeless addicts also frequent this parking lot and chairs outside my room.And now tonight, I don’t have any hot water in my sink nor in my bathtub and shower, so that I can wash after work or tomorrow morning before work.I have mentioned this to my supervisors at work prior to this email, but the no hot water was kind of the last straw.didn’t use the pool as the water was green looking and very dirty as well as I guess what you would call the hot tub was gray looking water even seen some kids walk in there to use it and they turned around and walked out!

    Stayed Aug 30th 2025 as i traveled for a friends funeral and needless to say, not impressed at : all. Carpet torn in the room dirty walls etc. But put that aside. Woke up in the morning to have bed bugs on the bed and spots of blood where I have been bit.was told t check out the manager would call me back, Still no call back and no answer vhenl call there.would not recommend staying inless you want company that could also travel home with you and possibly make you sick. Horrible experience . AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT THESE DISCUSTING BUGS AS YOUR HOUSEGUESTS.
