    Amazing stay .. staff was helpful .. location is quite good next to highway .. room was good … well maintained property … I needed warm water at night .. staff was quite helpful … I recommend this motel to everyone if needed to stay while going from here

    I booked this room April 9th for the Alberta provincial volleyball tournament. This is supposedly for 2 families. Then at some point between day of booking to April 24th i called in to cancel 1 room they keep saying to call back so i did keep calling them to be sure. and as always pls call us back or they will call me back. at 1 point they said it was taken care of. come April 26th. voila surprise i don't have a room booked for tonight. i asked for a manager and nothing he is off today. I attached my confirmation just so everyone can see.

    It is exactly what you would expect when you see the outside. Terrible. Checked in, room was 17 degrees, floor freezing. No space, everything is old. Beds are springy (can feel the springs in the mattress). I called to book the Microtel, they said it was full but the sister hotel has the same ratings and is very close. Apparently the microtel is crap too then. I would not stay again.

    Desperate need of a overhaul(SADUE .owner)

    Come one come all. Do you you like meth heads and hookers where nothing works and the night staff will Party with the trash . Then this is the place for you!!This is definitely a low slum lord of a Motel complete with Meth heads hookers walking around begging for chocolate Bars. Also the night staff looked like they were having a party with their friends at the front desk. Yes i seen the alcohol. A One stop shop for The Drug & prostitution trade. So that being said. My Door wouldn't close and lock (unless you used the deadbolt)you could just walk right in. So I couldn't leave anywhere. The p tacs filters haven't been cleaned for YEARS!! Nor did it run the way it was supposed to, ran hot all night even though I had it on cool. The bed sheets had burn holes in them! Like come on. This is Pathetic SADUE!! No Continental breakfast. I brought this to front desks attention and I got the usual sorry we will get it fixed. Doesn't matter now. I've left. No Rectification at all. I'm surprised I didn't find Cockroaches or bed bugs. I'm definitely not happy. To the Owner, Sadue, You need to watch your staff and make sure things are getting done. This was probably thee worse experience I had renting a room. Absolutely Horrible place to stay. I know of a good company that can solve all your problems. Kick Axx Building maintenance. But they may walk out due to the condition of your place.
