    Great service and comfortable rooms

    Great room with comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Hot buffet breakfast runs from 0500- 0900. Professional front desk staff who are friendly. We went off site for dinner and the lovely front desk lady made a couple recommendations and provided a free appetizer card for the new Mr. Mikes in Lacombe which was very good and open late till 11 pm. Glad we stayed there versus Red Deer as the rate was excellent and the hot tub was an appreciated bonus after attending a music festival in Pigeon Lake.

    This hotel needs a major facelift. The rooms were very dark, dingy & dated. Breakfast was dismal at best. I was on the ground floor right next to the Tim Horton’s drive thru, steady traffic, vehicle noise and music/bass from vehicles in drive thru

    Very clean room and overall facility. Gym has lots of equipment and 2 treadmills. I was there midweek for a business conference in the area. A great pub down the road called Resolve is within walking distance and the front desk staff knows it well.

    Excellent stay at Blackfalds Microtel , staff were very friendly and helpful , Breakfast was great Rooms were clean and comfortable , lots of parking . Hot Tub , exercise room and sauna were also very good and convenient to any type of store for your shopping needs

    Our hockey team stayed there for our playoff showcase and Angie and the staff were amazing and accommodating! Everyone enjoyed they're stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. The meeting room was a great space to relax and hangout with the team in the evenings. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
