    Stayed at the Ramada in Olds. Tidy and clean friendly staff, my daughter dropped her coffee by accident on the tile in front of the elevators, room service lady came over right away and cleaned up the mess.     We didn’t get the room that we reserved online! The front desk lady told me that they don’t get to see what we booked online. Doesn’t make sense. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Front desk staff was almost non existent. Had to wait for her to come inside from a smoke break.Breakfast was ok.The bed and linens were comfortable.     Rooms are spacious with fabulous beds and pillows, a large tv and Keurig. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We ho6 every year for a retreat and we'll be going back next year.
