    Shaleen was so friendly at check out!! Wonderful last impression of your facility!! We will be back :) Also I met a housekeeper, that cleaned room 708 yesterday and she was delightful, friendly and should be in frontline Customer service !!! We were there for a dance competition and also business! Stayed 4 nights and no complaints just very satisfied!     Hotel Falling Apart

    Stayed in May for one night. Our friends were stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes so we used the stairs to the 7th floor for our stay. Air conditioning in the room did not work so it was very hot and uncomfortable. Only positive was the food and service in the lobby cafe. Will not stay here again. Coincidentally one of our cooling tower also broke down and again we sincerely apologize. Our maintenance department was also notified and is working hard to resolve this issue.     Aggressive security

    This places staff seems to have a real bias against anyone who smokes cannabis. Instead of having overly aggressive security threaten people for smoking cannabis far away from any people or doors. Maybe just put up some signs that cannabis isn't allowed on the property. That way people are properly informed and you don't have to have security try to start fights with someone that isn't bothering anyone. I eat at Hiy steaks and play at the casino regularly but I'll be going somewhere else now.     Excellent Club Service For GF Options

    We got the club access both nights. We met Shaleen on our second night and she was incredible. She told me about all of the GF options available for breakfast and was so helpful planning the next time we were in town. She was funny and personable and seemed like she enjoyed her job. This was probably the least comfortable bed I've had in this hotel in the years I've been coming. But the room was clean and cared for. I would recommend checking the quality of the mattresses a bit more often but the customer service was great.
