    Unsafe Conditions — Severe Mold and Water Damage Throughout the Property

    I would not recommend this hotel. The property has serious water damage and mold issues, resulting in poor air quality and an overall unsafe environment. The lobby smelled strongly of mildew, and multiple rooms we were shown had the same problem.The security latch didn’t work, the sink had almost no water pressure, and the mini-fridge freezer was unusable due to heavy frost buildup. We later discovered significant mold and water damage in the bathroom, which I documented with photos and video.We tried to ventilate the room, but by 5 a.m. we both woke up with irritated airways and checked out immediately. I’ve requested a refund and urge management to address these health and safety concerns.

    We checked in late and had a pleasant sleep.The continental breakfast was adequate but we chose to buy fast food and hit the road early.Bed was very comfortable but the bathroom heater was on constantly so we opened the window, making the room the temperature we like it to be.We will be back.

    I have stayed at this Super8 once before and as I can truly say, this is such a nice rest spot for the evening for me. I'm from High River and it's just so nice to spend the night there and take off refreshed in the next morning. A big thank you out to the staff especially the night lady that I signed me in so knowledgeable and kind!! As the same for the other lovely lady that I checked out with was extremely wonderful and caring! I was so very happy to get this room as it had everything you need for one or many more stays in.I will say it was nice and quiet 🤫 the whole time I was there.Thank you Super8 Stettler Staff and Management I will be back again!!!Oh yes and being an AMA client I think it was 10% to 20% off the main bill plus if you have rewards with the hotel chains it would help with your final bill as well.Thx Paul A

    Went to stay due to working late on job site our office admin booked and said pictures and reviews looked good, however when I arrived at eleven at night found toilet not flushing well had to flush several times, the aircon and fridge were so noisy unable to sleep, finally when i went for a shower there was insufficient toiletries. Have advised home office not to book here again.
