  A Truly Exceptional Stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Regina

  Comfort Inn & Suites Regina continues to impress us every single visit. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful location, perfect for families or anyone needing a calm place to unwind. The hotel runs like a well-oiled machine, and that’s entirely thanks to the incredible staff. Your team deserves a raise, they keep this place operating in tip-top shape.The rooms and lobby are consistently spotless, and the pool is a huge hit with the kids. But the standout feature has to be the breakfast. This morning there must have been close to 50 people eating, and everything was fully stocked, organized, and delicious. Easily one of my top three hotel breakfasts of all time.We usually book the King Jacuzzi Suite, and it’s always perfect. After a long day, nothing beats relaxing in that room. Every stay feels just as great as the last.Comfort Inn & Suites Regina sets the bar high, clean, efficient, comfortable, and so well managed. Highly recommended.   We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub was ok but there were lots of children using the pool and hot tub so it was noisy in there. The hot tub jets weren't that strong. They had a free breakfast which included hot foods like scrambled eggs and sausages. We were happy with this hotel and would stay here again.

  BEWARE OF BEDBUGSStayed here August 16-17, 2025, and came home with bites all over my arms, legs and face. My family members also had the same bites. On Sunday, I phoned to report my concern and at first, I was told that housekeeping would check the room the following morning, I phoned again on Monday morning and I was told that pest control was actually being called to check the room. I phoned again on Monday evening to see if pest control came and they said they have not come yet, and I would be contacted when they came. I phoned again Tuesday evening, and I was told someone would call me back. When someone phoned me back, they said that pest control would actually be coming on Wednesday. No sense of urgency. No apology. Nothing from front send staff and nobody would let me speak to a manager.It has now been 3 days since leaving and the bugs that were in our room have probably found another room to live in since nobody has stayed in our room since. Would never recommend this place to anyone and definitely will never be back. We sincerely apologize for the lack of urgency and communication you encountered when trying to follow up, as this is not the standard of care or service we strive to provide. We did contact our pest control first thing Monday morning however, they were unable to get us in until Wednesday afternoon for inspection. We will also be reviewing how our front desk team handles such situations to ensure future concerns are met with prompt attention, clear communication, and compassion. We truly regret that this experience impacted your stay and your trust in us.

  This is normally our go-to hotel when we are staying in Regina but this stay was really disappointing. The pool was broken and unavailable during our entire stay, of which we were notified the same day as check-in. Our floor and room (e.g. shower curtain) smelled like it had been smoked in at some point, and the pillows and mattress pad smelled like body odour even though they came again to change the bedding. Not the staff’s fault, but kids from a sports team running down hallways yelling and knocking on doors at night were disruptive and detracted further from the experience.Pros: the staff kept the breakfast area well stocked. The rooms are very spacious suites and the lobby is quite nice.
