    Great room with 3 double beds. Kids had a blast in the pool and on the slides. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Would recommend to others.     Awful. Be prepared to have spare cash for the money grab.

    After already having a pleasant evening in the pool we took a break for supper, came back down to the pool and was told we needed wrist bands for the kids for swimming, understandable but it should have been provided with our room. Spent $111 on 4 wristbands. When we went the first time we were told the kids did not need wristbands but adults entering the pool area did. After confronting the door opener in the pool all he said was I did not know, even after opening the door for us 4 times total and checking wristbands each time. So of course I’m frustrated after spending $350 another $111 for access to the pool is absurd. It definitely ruined what was supposed to be a fun birthday weekend for my 5 year old. Would not recommend staying here if you’re larger than a family of 4.     Great hotel for the kids- particularly the water park. They were able to enjoy it in the evenings. They had so much fun. I would return just for this.     Ramada Emerald Park Location (Regina, Saskatchewan). The location was amazing, easy to find and near tons of amenities (restaurants, shopping, services and family in White City). The atmosphere was welcoming upon arrival and the front desk was so helpful through the entire stay. The spacious rooms was comfortable, quiet and clean! The included breakfast consists of a large variety of foods - cereal, fruit, hot breakfast, and cold selections, juices, coffee, tea - to name a few. Ample parking. Excellent value that resulted in extending the original one night stay, giving us an extra day to sightsee and visit family. Didn't get to use the pool this time but look forward to giving it a try on a return trip. Thank you so much!
