    Ramada Regina Reno's On Point.

    My stay was really great!Had a chance to stay in one of the newly revovated rooms and it was an incredible upgrade. Very well appointed and super clean.As always, the service was fantastic. From Josh at check-in, to Ross in the lounge, with every staff interaction, I was met with a smile and a "good morning".Kudo's to Terry and his team, thanks for the great stay.

    Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Unacceptable Conditions

    extremely poor conditions I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel.From the day I arrived, I had multiple serious issues that made my stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. There was no electricity at times, frequent power outages, and the heater in my room was broken for the entire duration of my stay. The room was very cold, and although staff brought a small, old portable heater, it was not sufficient to properly heat the room.I requested a room change, but no one was able or willing to assist me. Maintenance staff also attempted to fix the problem but were unable to resolve it.In addition, housekeeping was extremely poor. My room was only cleaned twice during my six-day stay, and it was often dirty. The room and hallways had unpleasant odors, including strong food smells and bad odors, which made the environment very uncomfortable.Due to these conditions, I was forced to leave and move to another hotel, which caused me additional inconvenience and expense.This experience was very disappointing and far below any reasonable hospitality standard.     Spent a week at this hotel whilst visiting Agribition late November 2025.The hotel was ideally located and the the room was very clean and a high standard of overall comfort. The restaurant was excellent and the whole experience was the better end of good. The outstanding feature of the visit was the hands on amenable disposition of the manager.     Tried to stay with points and was charged on checking out for some arbitrary amount that didn't make sense. Still trying to remedy the issue with not much luck so far.
