    We had an incredible experience with the Atlas Hotel in Regina and I feel compelled to share just how grateful we are.After a long and exhausting travel ordeal, a group of students, including my son, were left stranded late at night after hours of delays. At around 2:00 AM, the staff at the Atlas Hotel stepped in without hesitation. They quickly arranged rooms, offered them at a reduced rate, and most importantly ensured the boys were safe, comfortable, and cared for.In a moment that could have been very stressful and overwhelming, the team showed genuine kindness, professionalism, and compassion. As a parent, it meant everything to know my son was in such good hands. Something West Jet could learn. Thank you to everyone at the Atlas Hotel for going above and beyond—you made a difficult situation so much better. Your care and generosity did not go unnoticed.     Be advised of renos!

    Renos started at 7AM rt outside my door. Drilling, pounding, you name it. So, if you want quiet do not book here, book elsewhere. It is very loud! However, check in was quick. Lounge was good, beds very comfy. Be a great stay once renos are completed.     The new paint made them angry

    I think the Reno's went to their heads. It was very fancy but hard to find a pleasant person working. There is no ice machine you are to bring the bucket to them or call for ice, but when you do it seems like an inconvenience. They are pet friendly but will not enter the room while pets are there so after a few days we had to prompt for new towels atleast. Also oddly the doors in and out the back of the hotel are not locked.     Nice spot, noisy stay

    We chose this hotel for a weekend getaway due to its location and reputed service.Unfortunately, our stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped. Our initial room near the pool was quite noisy, with children running around throughout the day, which made it difficult to rest. We had to request a room on a different floor to find some peace.Room service was quick, but despite repeated requests for regular coffee, we kept receiving decaf, which was frustrating.     A splash-tastic stay

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Soaked! Waterpark was a major highlight and a big reason why families choose this hotel over others. Our room was a bit far from the lobby, but it was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs.The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, and we greatly appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. We also loved the gym and the on-site restaurant, Dish, which offers delicious food, fantastic service, and free meals for children under 10.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return.
