Location

The hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 171 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     I didn’t know where to go to send this note so I can only hope that this is at least one option. I can’t express how very grateful I am to Ethan at the Revelstoke Sandman. I am returning to Revy twice this year and I had been searching and searching for an affordable accommodation and I was about to give up, prices were so out of reach. I lived in Revy for almost 12 yrs and still consider it “home”, so it was great to hear that - along with my Senior on Disability category - gave Ethan the opportunity to give me a discounted price. For both visits. I just can’t express my gratitude enough to him! Suffice to say he is an excellent representative for the brand and deserves whatever accolades he can get.

    On a road trip to kelowna, had truck troubles in Revelstoke, just can't say enough to the employees at the sandman inn,thank you all for everything !

    Worst Sandman I have ever stayed in. Arrived at 1:39 was told room would be ready in 20 minutes, went out and returned 4 hours later room was still not ready. When we finally got checked in to our "suite" carpet was sticky and buckled, bathroom sink didn't drain and shower was mouldy. Fridge freezer was badly in need of defrosting. I realize that this is not the Ritz class of hotel but it was definitely not worth the money and I would not stay again.

    We stayed 2 nights at Sandman Revelstoke in the Monashee building, ground floor. It's an older building and rooms a bit tired but you get what you pay for.Positives - staff were friendly and helpful, rooms a reasonable price, bed comfortable, shower and towels good, and, for some reason, 3 fridges in the kitchenette? No probs!only one con - we were on the ground floor of the side of the motel where you enter your room from the parking lot. The people upstairs had a youngster who ran around a lot from 6:45am. That's kids for you, not trying to be noisy, but the soundproofing is pretty bad.I recommend you try to get a room on the second floor so you don't have to deal with people walking around above you. Location was good and lots of parking and breakfast at Denny's was tasty with really friendly and helpful service. Didn't try the pool or any other hotel offerings.

    Horrible. They put us in a building where there WAS a pool but is now defunct. The sliding glass door to the pool didn't lock properly, so security was an issue. The room smelled musty, funky and gross because they put next to the laundry shoot and 2 doors down from their laundry services. Rooms needed updating. Just dont stay here!!
