This property is located next to the Revelation Gondola at the village area of the Revelstoke Mountain Resort, around 1 minutes' walk from the ski area and tourist centre, and a short 10-minute drive from Revelstoke town centre. Nearby attractions include the Revelstoke Community & Aquatic Centre and The Enchanted Forest (around 10 minutes' drive) Revelstoke Dam (around 20 minutes' drive) and Glacier National Park (around 60 minutes' drive away).

Facility

The hotel has a lifts and features 59 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Unmitigated Noise Rooms Facing the Square

    Noise!!!!... beautiful place, great spot, but if you want to quietly enjoy the room and deck.. be sure it is not facing the square. All day and evening there is a repeated sound track loudly playing that you cannot escape. On Friday there was a DJ with music so loud that it interfered with conversation in our room with the doors and windows closed for 4 hours... they don't ask when you book. This really took away from our enjoyment of a beautiful well kept resort.... and we luckily had a bit of snow as well.

    Hotel as expected, staff made the difference

    Good buildings, close to the lift are taken for granted when you stay here. However, the difference at SP Revelstoke are the people. The staff are invariably courteous, friendly and actually looking to be helpful. It's a rare combination. Our experience started with Jake at the valet and we saw him throughout our stay in various places. He could not have been more guest focused, happy to help or just to encourage us with his bright personality. It was a great stay and the people, including Jake, made the difference.

    I stayed at The Sutton Place Hotel in Revelstoke and the property delivered exactly what you expect from a well-managed mountain hotel. We were 5 and took the suite, ample space with kitchenette and all required amenities. The location is the real advantage — you’re right at the resort base, so getting around is quick and effortless. No long walks, no waiting, just straight access to the lifts and village area.The room was spotless, well laid out, and had all the essentials without any fuss. The bed was comfortable, the heating worked properly (which matters here), and the overall space felt calm and relaxing. It’s the kind of room you settle into immediately. Staff were efficient and handled requests without delays.If you’re visiting Revelstoke and want a stay that’s clean, comfortable, and hassle-free, Sutton is an easy recommendation.

    Get some new carpet

    The room was a good size but the check in process was poor and after some difficulties we were told that we were receiving an upgrade which which turned out to be to the same room that we had booked. I have never stayed in a hotel with dirtier carpet. neither we nor our travelling companions were prepared to walk on it without footwear.

    We came to Revelstoke with the idea of exploring the resort, going up the mountain on the gondola, as well as taking the rail down the mountain. The hotel is fantastic. It has everything that you’d like. It has a full fridge in the suite that we were in. The freezer on the bottom the fridge on top. Definitely different than just the usual Hotel little fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, even with dish towel and paper towel. Everything was taught notch very clean. The pool sauna and hot tubs were amazing. Definitely would like to stay here again. In addition we went up. The mountain came down on the rail coaster that was amazing. We had to do it twice and we also got a chance to go on the suspension bridge and the walk out over the valley. It had only been opened for a month so we were so glad that our timing allowed us to be there for that
