    Good staff bad rooms

    We came here unexpectedly because of a snow storm the staff was kind with us and helped us so on service side everything went good but when we got in the rooms stuff started to go bad, first the room 111 tv is broken sound is cutting off now and then, then they moved us to room 108, where the bathroom door is… TRANSPARENT???? Like we are a family we would like to have a privacy when we take a shower oh and talking about shower just finished my shower while writing this review and honestly not bad until the shower head just burst, WATER EVERYWHERE I had to soak out the rest of my soap away while water was going crazy but anyways staff was kind so that’s a star, food and room services was also good the restaurant Pacini was good, spa and gym sucks was hoping for a cool spa not a traditional spa we have outside in our backyard, anyways for an unexpected trip here we still had one of the best client service we had in this region of quebec

    An average experience unfortunately. AC didn't work in the room, TV was lagging constantly and the toilet seat wasnt clean.

    We should have been notified, by measure of respect, that there would be noise, music, electric tools, building material deliveries starting at 6h30 am right outside our bedroom window every morning. We paid full price but were not advise of the early morning rukus. Not impressed with this service.

    I do recommend it, good quality and impressive view to the water. At 4 **** I was expecting to have included a bottle of water ( at least the coffe it was).As an observation, there was 4 pillows on the kind bed so I would recommend rhat 2 of them to be changed with a soft type pillows.

    We, as a couple, really enjoyed our stay at the hotel even if it was only for one night! Our room was clean and very confortable and the staff was very nice and polite. We highly recommend this place!
