Great place to stay in Saint John.

4.5. Excellent. Easy parking. Easy access to Reversing Falls. Tissues, great facial wipes, Dove liquid soap products. Huge room. Great bathroom. Comfortable beds, choice of pillows, full doona cover, pod machine in room, popcorn in evening in lobby. Large lounge in lobby with tv. Freezer in fridge.AC a bit noisy and on 6th floor could hear a tiny bit of traffic noise occasionally. Good breakfast. No GF bread or cakes but oatmeal, eggs, bacon and hash browns. Bathroom had a shower curtain but it had magnets in the bottom. Outstanding Stay – Holiday Inn Express St. John’s Harbour Exceeded All Expectations!

From the moment we arrived, the experience at the Holiday Inn Express in St. John’s Harbour was nothing short of excellent. Greg made Check-in quick and welcoming. He genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. In fact he helped me book the same room as we decided to stay an additional night because we line it so much. Parking was easy to find, and the hotel layout was clear and convenient.Our room was spotless — fresh linens, a sparkling clean bathroom, and everything in perfect working order. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet, restful night’s sleep. The modern design and attention to detail made the space feel warm and inviting.Breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh coffee, and staff constantly tidying up to keep everything replenished and clean.It’s clear this location takes pride in maintaining high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. We left feeling refreshed and genuinely impressed. Nice hotel and enjoyable stay

This hotel was easy to locate and had plenty of parking. Check-in was quick, the gentleman at reception was very friendly and he told me he had upgraded me to a suite that was located away from the elevator because it was quieter. My room was on the third floor and overlooked the parking lot. It was really clean, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was glad they had room darkening shades and with the exception of hearing other guests doors slam loudly, it was quiet. The breakfast had hot and cold items and the staff attending the area kept it very clean. I felt safe as a solo traveller and would stay here again. Convenient and Quality

After driving from QC to NB and stopping at the Hartland Covered Bridge and Fredericton, staying at the HIE was a great way to end the day and start our next day. The hotel was clean, easy to locate, and convenient to restaurants and places of interest. After a great breakfast, we explored Fundy Provincial Park, Fundy National Park, and Hopewell Rocks. Convenient location to many things.
