    Beware of Germs!

    This hotel refused to allow a cancelation of our reservation when I was very, very ill and had doctors notes about not traveling. They preferred that I come and spread the germs or be charged nearly $1,000. They allowed another family to cancel, and they had different reasons and deadlines depending on who we talked to. When we arrived, there was blood on the bed sheet of my kids' bed. If you want to remain healthy, I would not go to this hotel.

    I don't often rate smaller town, mid range hotels this high. This hotel is the nicest one in Sarnia. The staff are superb, rooms large and bright, the restaurant has great food. The building is in great shape, has a pool, gym, bar.....I am comparing Toronto/Montreal prices to Sarnia, when I said mid range. The rates here compared to these big cities will make you think twice after you try this property.Superb value, I would not hesitate to ho back.     After a long and exhausting day of travel, we wandered into the hotel bar just hoping for something cold to drink and a quiet place to unwind. What we didn’t expect was to meet a bartender who completely turned our night around.From the moment we sat down, Siddhant Niraula greeted us with genuine warmth, great conversation, and the kind of hospitality that instantly makes you feel at home. They picked up on exactly what we needed, relaxation, a little humor, and a great drink, and delivered all three effortlessly.By the time we left, the stress of the day was completely gone.     Excellent spot to stop crossing border

    Conveniently located near restaurants, border. We stqyed while travelling through with elderly Mom and extended family. The accommodations were ample, dinner in restaurant was amazing.
