First rate treatment. The staff were warm and inviting. The condition of the lobby, halls, walls, elevators, cafeteria and rooms are top tier maintained.Accommodation for my disability was provided without pause. The shuttle to & from visa-versa, was very quick.Breakfast options were top notch quality and abundant.

Needs new sofa cushions, more cleaning. Felt gross

Got off the plane very late at night. I didn’t want to keep driving and needed somewhere to rest my head before caring on. When I entered the room right away I was grossed out. The sofa was so old the leather was all pealed, there was a finger nail clipping on the mattress. Floor was dirty. When I went to check out, the front desk asked me if I wanted my receipt printed or emailed. I said emailed. She said “you’re all done”Didn’t ask me how my stay was or anything, that was the extent of that conversation. When I brought up my experience. She just said sorry. Please allow me to apologize for your experience as this is not the type of service that we strive for and I have addressed this with the housekeeping team. Family Gathering!

We went with my husband's family as a group for my father-in-laws, sister's 100th Birthday. My father-in-law is 95. The hotel was very accommodating for him, giving him a room right beside the elevator. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows comfy and enough room that several families could all visit in one room.

It is a really nice hotel with a reastraunt/lounge. Rooms are nice beds are great and great front desk staff. It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle service to take you there and it runs 24 hours. And you don't hear planes at night. Just a great place to stay.
