New and clean, but just an ok experience. Staff wasn't super friendly, pool was way over chlorinated and burnt your eyes immediately. You aren't allowed a water bottle in to pool. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard continental. Worst pool rules ever

Terrible pay 150 for hotel with a pool and can't even bring a pop or energy drink in they got top cop security oh you can't bring that in here ? What is the tables for then? We understand the frustration, but for safety and cleanliness, we can’t allow food and drinks by the poolside. We don’t have enough space to provide a dedicated eating area, which is why the tables are for resting items only. However, we do provide a designated section nearby where guests can keep their water bottles.We appreciate your understanding.

The hotel is in a great location. We were there for medical reasons so it was a good location to the clinic and easy to get to. There is a mall right across the street for any shoppers and all the way down 8th Street is lots of restaurants and shopping. Great location! The hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly. The pool and hot tub are a good size. The breakfast is great and a good variety. Would stay again. Other than the location, the hotel didn’t offer much to impress.

We stayed at Best Western for 8 days and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. There were virtually no vegetarian options available for breakfast—only potatoes were served daily. Despite making a couple of requests, no effort was made to accommodate our dietary needs. Additionally, the front desk staff was not very welcoming and came across as rather rude at times. Apart from the convenient location, there wasn’t much to appreciate about our stay. Nice room, good breakfast, chilly pool and overly officious pool employees

The hotel is nice and clean. Our room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The parking was at the back which was a little inconvenient for loading and unloading and we were actually unaware that there was underground parking available. No one at the desk informed us of this. The breakfast was very good with fruit, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, waffles and some hot breakfast items which we did not try. The nicest part was the coffee maker with a good selection of fancier coffees to brew up if you wanted. The staff were (mostly) all friendly. I would have to say that the ladies in the breakfast area were certainly the friendliest. The pool was small and very chilly. I imagine it is the lowest temp they can get away with. The waterslide was fun for the kids although our little one only went down a couple times. The hot tub is not really a "hot" tub more of a "warm" tub. That didn't stop the fun police from not letting us take our little ones in to get warmed up from the chilly water of the pool. We were really quite annoyed by the employee who badgered us about the kids being in the "warm tub". Obviously if the water had been too hot for them we would not have taken them and they wouldn't have wanted to go in anyway.
