    The women at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had our dog with us and it was great as the put us on the bottom floor so it was easy to take him outside when he needed to go. The only thing I would say is that when we went for breakfast the lady that was there looking after the food was not a very happy person ( I realize sometimes when you work with the pulic they aren't nice) She could have least said good morning or have a nice day but she looked very sad.

    First time staying here. We were staying in North Battleford for a celebration of life and arrangements were made for a discounted rate. The only reason for the 4 stars on service was because when we called about booking, and the rate, we were told there was nothing in place. Unfortunately it added some stress (and upset) the family when we had to call them to confirm we had the right place, and subsequently they had to call the hotel to deal with it as a number of people had called. It got resolved and we booked a king suite. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room features were well thought out (the plug for the ironing area and the light above). A four star for the room only because the shower head could really use a de-scaling, we could only use the mist setting. It would have been nice to enjoy the large rain shower head. Breakfast was good and included, the coffee machine in the lobby is addictive. Would definitely stay again.

    This hotel is either new or recently completely renovated because everything is in perfect condition. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The lobby area is bright and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient. The complementary breakfast is well stocked with hot and cold items. A nice extra is the coffee machine located in the lobby that dispenses lattes, cappuccinos, etc at no cost. There is a gym and a games area. I highly recommend staying here.

    The rooms were clean with comfy beds and pillows - not too firm, and lots of towels. I was a little disappointed that our rooms were not made-up or coffee replenished during our 2 night stay but otherwise, it was a very good hotel. I didn't make it to breakfast, but the coffee station was fantastic!

    Very very clean. Excellent service. Recommending this hotel to everyone. Great location close to all amenities. Excellent room service. Well trained staff. Management was very very helpful. They have a wonderful place to have meetings.
