Very nice Hotel and Service was very friendly

Very easy check in, although it was a late check in. Which might have contributed to 3 of us on one floor and the fourth person on a different floor. but when I made the reservation, why not all be neighbours. It wasn't the end of the world. Beds are super comfy and love the spacious bathroom. Word of caution, don't accept a room by the ice machine. It was an extremely noisy machine on floor 3 and floor 5.And double check if the electric car charger is actually complimentary!!!! Wannisa Sommerfeldt, Guest Services / Front Office at Dakota Dunes Resort, responded to this review Hello CanadaCypress, Thank you for your review and feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed our friendly service, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. We appreciate your comments and will certainly take them into consideration to improve our guests’ experience. We hope to welcome you back again!

Serene, modern get-away

This resort was absolutely stunning and we had a great stay here as a family of 5. The rooms were clean and beautiful, beds comfortable, and the robes were a nice surprise and made getting to and from the rooftop (enclosed) pool and hot tub even nicer. The pool had a gorgeous view, and everything was peaceful and serene. We found the drive to the city very manageable, and the restaurant on site was perfect if we wanted to stay for a meal. We also booked the cosmic dome experience, which the whole family really enjoyed. Wannisa Sommerfeldt, Guest Services / Front Office at Dakota Dunes Resort, responded to this review Hello 930katharines, Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so happy your family enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, rooftop pool, restaurant, and Cosmic Dome experience. We hope to welcome you all back again soon!

Great Experience

Best wedding location for ceremony and reception. Staff are very helpful and food was great. We did our wedding ceremony and reception Aug.1 2026, total experience was way and beyond, lots of good feedback from our guests about the venue. Thomas Royal Anderson was our event manager at the venue and he was very helpful with us since day 1 of our planning up to the day of the wedding. He made sure we meet our expectations. Totally recommend this place to everyone. Wannisa Sommerfeldt, Guest Services / Front Office at Dakota Dunes Resort, responded to this review Hello, Thank you so much for your kind words and wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your guests had such a memorable wedding experience. We’ll be sure to share your compliments with Thomas and the team. Congratulations again, and thank you for recommending us!
