This city hotel is located on the north side of downtown Saskatoon, adjacent to the University Bridge and just across the river from the University of Saskatchewan campus. The establishment lies just 10 minutes' walk from the centre of town, where guests will find a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, shops and public transport links. Nearby attractions include the Meewasin Trails; the Ukranian Museum and Kingsmen Park, which can both be reached in just 2 min on foot; Mendal Art Gallery, which is a 10-minute walk away and the Midtown, which is some 15 min away on foot. Saskatoon - John G. Diefenbaker International Airport is approximately 10 km from the accommodation.

Facility

8 junior suites, 7 suites, 103 single rooms and 54 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay.     Upgrades have made a big difference. The rooms are very nicely updated. Bathrooms are unfortunately small, one person max in there (which when trying to all get ready at the same time isn’t ideal). Parkade covered parking, with security gates that close for the night. Restaurant is quite nice with good food. Location is pretty central for getting around. Would stay there again.     I was amazed how clean it was when they were obviously busy. Room was spotless and well appointed. Kudos to your housekeeping team. Staff were very kind and helpful and when I had to move my reservation due to weather, they were super accommodating. View of the river was nice. Great place to stay even if your business isn’t downtown.     The hotel staff and servers are kind and wonderful. The breakfast is out of this world delicious. Lunch and supper is the same menu and not that appealing sorry to say. Prices are a little too high. Other than that, the rooms are comfortable and the shuttle was some what good, but were too busy to always be available. They should get at least three drivers for shuttle. I rate this hotel a 4 out of 5.     this was the best rate downtown and got a medical rate to for 175 plus tax. it was a block down from where i had my eye surgery so very convienient as well to the mall downtown. loved our river view room. It was large, clean and sleep quality was excellant even being two doors down from the elevator. small bar fridge and microwave and coffee maker. pillows and mattress comfy. Room temp a little cool. did not see a lock on the sliding bathroom door not an issue for us. great use of bathtub with amble towels provided. this was a good experience for three adults in a double queen and having a very negative experience at the Bessbourough for my past surgery last year i would not hesitate to book here again. We loved the 4 seasons restaurant for supper and got a 8.00 per person off for breakfast next day. We had requested early checkin and late check out being on a different time zone and the front desk staff were so nice and accommodating. Parking is in the parkade right beside.
