    Have stayed here on multiple occasions with a room block for a sports team. The hotel is dated but our room was updated and clean. It is a maze to get around in. Pool area is good for kids, slides and another area with a pool and hot tub. Overall no issues with our stay but there were others in our group that had issues.

    Rooms were filthy-blood and feces. Moved my room once but 2nd room that had blood was told they had zero other rooms to move me to. Drunks fighting on our floor with security coming up multiple times before they removed one.

    We had a wonderful check in girl whose name was Jacquelin. She took over from another not so friendly check in girl and we were overly thankful for her assistance as the other girl was clearly not liking her job! Jacquelin was very accommodating and new her stuff! Thank you so very much for your kindness and direction. We had been on the road for days and really needed some rest, without her intervening we would have went elsewhere.

    Staff were all incredibly friendly no matter who we interacted with at the hotel but overall a lot of refinement could be done. When we checked in, despite there being 5 staff at the front desk (3 being on the cn specialty desk), it took a minute to be acknowledged to check in. The rooms are in need of some serious tlc. Lots of large chips in the walls, cracks in the ceiling, pieces of wood wedging holding up the air vent etc. our exposed box spring had rips in it on one of the beds, one set of sheets had a small stain on them and some pilling. When checking for bedbugs, I noticed it's been a while since the base mattress has been vacuumed. When I pulled a fresh and folded towel down before getting out of the shower, I had a hairball of someone else's hair fall out of it etc. I love the look of the vinyl flooring, but housekeeping needs to be able to pop in once a day and do a swiffer because the floors get gritty quickly. Housekeeping needs to be dusting more frequently as our tv stand and middle bedside table were coated in visible dust. Despite my sister, mother and I all changing our accounts to our own names (one person booked) folio information still wasn't correct (not a huge deal but a detail) and rewards numbers weren't added. The pool area is incredibly clean and my kids had an absolute blast swimming. Saturday morning though, we weren't able to get in until almost 30 minutes past opening time because levels in the pool weren't corrected or something like that. Jets don't fully work in the hot tub too. The doors to the pool area from our room also have very minimal insulation which is less than ideal when a pool stays open until 10pm. We'll make sure to bring a sound machine if we ever stay poolside again. Overall, it was far from a bad stay, just could use a lot of little details updated.

    Noise Pollution at the highest levels

    This hotel is good for kids water activities only. There should not be any other reasons to stay here.Right from 9am to mid night hotel is very noisy kids screaming and shouting in play areas as well in the hallways.To make matters worse our room 231 has washer and dryer right in front of our room. All night long washer was operating and I was not able to sleeping well.Cleaning standards are also declining, with so much traffic of kids running all over the places thought they will have one staff assigned to cleaning hallways but that was not the case.Just avoid this hotel if you are not travelling with the kids
