    The room was dirty and the furniture was stained; there were bugs on the very thin sheets that covered a mattress with no mattress protector. So many broken furnishings! So bad that we ate the cost of one night and went elsewhere

    I love your Sicamous location!It is an older motel, but it is nicely renovated and most importantly, clean.They supply Dove Sensitive products, good choice, and the exact size required for two people with no waste, better for everyone.The staff is always nice and very helpful, this is my second stay in 2 years. I travel with my cat, so to have the option to bring him in out of the cold is lovely.My front desk clerk Gaurav was awesome!!!! I was having trouble with the tv, so he lead me through the steps and away I went, watching with no further troubles. Thanks so much Gaurav!! Pat on the back to you!!We will be back in May if we return this way, or next November when we return to Vancouver Island.

    Nice hotel, comfortable beds, excellent location. Room could have been cleaner, found a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor.

    I was disappointed at first by the state of the room, old couch burn marks grubby baseboards but the staff was so nice and it was quiet and I got used to the sofa bed

    Very clean space, beds comfortable. Parking was a mess. Day before Canada day, the pub was packed with visitors and we were told to use the disabled parking from the pub. No chance.Great size room but the door didn't fit the frame. Large enough to let in quite a breeze or a mouse if it had wanted, not that I saw a mouse).
