    Great Hotel

    I stayed here for business in January and decided to have friends join me for dinner at the restaurant on a Friday night. The live music was awesome, food was amazing, great vibe, friendly hotel staff and the room was immaculate. This hotel exceeds expectations in all categories. Special thanks to Kyle and Lisa for their hospitality.

    This was a training I was leading over several days on site. The support from the staff was responsive and supportive. The restaurant and bar was top notch with each meal whether lunch or dinner, all incredible. The staff were always super friendly and anticipating your needs. Shout out to Vicky who runs excellent teams on two shifts!The rooms are the Hilton experience with every detail covered and a freshen up each day, if you want. The only complaint is the pillows! Let’s step up our game in this department Hilton!

    Just stayed overnight but a very nice room and plenty of parking. The restaurant was very noisy as they had a live band which some might like but the food was OK, I’d stay there again and eat at the Keg on site if live music again

    Comfy & Clean Stay For a Family with Older Teens

    The Good:- Clean- New- Great functional closet space for a family with multiple pieces of luggage- Sleek bathroom, great toiletries (a light scent that didn't bother me- and I'm pretty sensitive to scented products, so that says something). Shower had a little kick pedal to make it easier to shave your legs.- Comfy beds- Nicely sized room- The pool was nice!- The app worked great for sharing the key with the whole family- Staff were helpfulThe Not Great:- Bathroom door didn't lock (Hilton, do you travel with teenagers?)- Bedding I know it's summer, but I felt the duvet was still quite thin. Whatever that top sheet was, the texture reminded me of those paper bibs at the dentist office.- The bar was closed at 10pm on a Saturday (Husband and I were trying to escape the teenagers. We went across to the Keg).The To-Be-Expected:- The view wasn't fantastic. But this is Sudbury. If we wanted a view, we'd have rented a cottage.- Outlet chargers were still all USB-A, but everyone's iPhone now has a USB-C connection. Just make sure everyone in your party has an actual plug.Ideas for the Good People at Hilton:- If you put a barn door on the closet, someone else can get changed in there. There's a mirror, and a light, and it's spacious enough. This would be a nice feature for families with multiple teenagers or the travelling sports teams that use this kind of hotel. - More clarity on where we could park. (But it was kinda... everywhere? Even spots that looked like they were for other businesses).

    Beautiful room: up-to-date, quiet, comfortable, not a thing missing or out of place. Excellent choices for breakfast. Great location. The only "negative" thing is that the place faces highway 17, and it's a dismal view. But I'm not there for the view. The location is otherwise great. A seamless stay. Recommended.
