    Holes,& stains on bedsheets. Only 1 set of worn towels given. Hair in shower. Not considered a breakfast if it's just toast, waffles, or cereal. No fruit. No protein.

    I booked a room for 2 nights. I was unable to get to the hotel safely due to a snow storm. I contacted the hotel the moment I was able to get off the road safely. They refused to give me a refund or a credit. Terrible customer service.
