    I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the conclusion of a business trip that brought me to New Brunswick. The room was clean and so so comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and made my stay very pleasant. The room was large and so was the bathroom. There was lots of room to not feel cramped. I was assisted with my luggage by a very nice young man who was very helpful. If you need to fly in to the Fredericton airport, I highly recommend this establishment. A Chinese restaurant onsite and other restaurants close by make it a very convenient location. AND breakfast is a continental one served daily.

    Check in was quick, front desk staff were knowledgeable, helpful ans very friendly. Lobby was clean and inviting. The rooms were exactly as we requested. They were also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is where I think they need to spend some time. There is no hot tub (its been removed), the floors were extremely slippery as the floor drains weren't clearing the water so you walked thru puddles, the shower wasn't working, and there is not near enough seating available. We kept running out of towels but the staff tried their best to replenish as soon as possible. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the area was very clean. The staff were right on hand to ensure that. We will definitely be back. We had a grest stay.

    Nice location. Room out dated, need to be renovated. Good value using a hotel site. Booking with hotel actually move expensive.Staff friendly.

    Flooded bathroom…awful stay

    So, upon arrival into my room, I used the washroom. When I flushed, it promptly flooded the bathroom. Luckily, I was able to get my uggs out in time. I ran to the phone to call the front desk, and the phone was broken. I went down to the front desk and they switched my room. When I tried to watch TV, I noticed the cable box was broken. I called down to the front desk and they had someone come up and fix the cable box, which took about an hour. All evening, I heard children running up and down the hallway. I reported it to the front desk staff and she said “you’re already on the top floor, unfortunately if I move you down, you’ll just hear the noise above you. There’s a ringette team staying here tonight. I hear them, and I feel badly for you”. This began as an awful night, and continued to be awful until the wee hours of the morning. I asked for someone to discuss my experience and was met by “she’s out sick”. It’s been a week and a half almost. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Not only are there problems, the manager is not willing to work with you to resolve the issues with your stay.
