    Beautiful view, great value

    Beautiful view of lake with large windows and Adirondack chairs on deck. Very relaxing. Room was very clean with no hint of smoke smell. Excellent value for the price. Manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was high quality for complimentary (real fried eggs, although no fruit). Short walk into town as well as bar/restaurant right across street. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Baddeck.

    Beautiful location. The beds are comfortable but the general atmosphere of the room is ordinary; everything needs to be updated. Regular ordinary breakfast included which is nice; it does the job!

    Stayed here with a tour group. This place needs a lot of TLC. Our room was large as was the bathroom. Everything seemed a bit dated but clean. Unfortunately there was no net curtain at the window which faced directly onto the car park, so we had to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast was pretty basic, toast, cereals juice and coffee. Dining room is small so it was quite hard to find a table when all our group wanted to have breakfast at the same time as we were off on trip. Easy to walk into town for dinner.

    Rooms very outdated. Bathroom had rust around the toilet and the toilet seat was terribly chipped. Window sill outside room was rotting.The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. If we were to return to the area again we would stay elsewhere.

    The rooms are okay. Nothing fancy. The breakfast is terrible. Coffee very weak. Please buy some plastic cutlery. Wooden cutlery is disgusting. Tastes terrible. The spoon doesn’t even hold any food on it.
